Fieldsweep ("we," "us") is operated by John Eberly, a sole proprietor based in Seattle, Washington, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through fieldsweep.com and how we use it. The short version: we collect the contact information you choose to provide, and Cloudflare automatically processes limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. We use this information to manage early access, communicate with you, and operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Scope. This policy applies only to the pre-launch fieldsweep.com website, early-access requests, and related communications. It does not cover the future Fieldsweep product or its processing of field data, voice recordings, photos, location information, or AI-generated reports. We will provide a separate or updated policy before those features become available.
We use service providers to operate the site and email workflow, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, form delivery, and email routing, and our email provider for receiving and storing correspondence. Your form submission is delivered to us as an email; we don't operate a marketing database, and we do not disclose early-access contacts to third parties for their own marketing.
Legal disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or transfer the business or its assets, subject to applicable law.
We retain signup and correspondence emails only as long as reasonably necessary to manage early access, communicate with you, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information from our active records, subject to reasonable identity verification and limited legal, security, and unsubscribe-related exceptions. Information may remain temporarily in service-provider logs or backups under their normal retention schedules.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps intended to protect the information we handle. However, no email system or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Fieldsweep is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it from our active records.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the change takes effect.
